We wanted to find a business that would allows us the flexibility of working when we wanted while also providing a good living so we settled on fix and flip and rental real estate.

I went to Donna High School and then to UTAP in Edinburg. I studied accounting and am currently a licensed, practicing, Texas Certified Public Accountant. I flipped my first property in 2015 and shortly thereafter invited my brother, Daniel, to join me in the real estate business. I crunch the numbers so that we can make you the best offer possible.

I went to Economedes High School in Edinburg and then said “screw college, I’m flipping houses with my brother”. I’m the guy you will see, along with my better half Jenny, when we perform house walkthroughs before Jason makes you an offer.

We are McAllen’s longest established house buying company. We didn’t watch HGTV or go to a seminar and decide we were going to start flipping houses last weekend. We have been in business since 2015 and we’re here to stay.
We are from The Valley, born and raised, and not some big company in Houston, Dallas or San Antonio that doesn’t understand the local market. We are local and everyday people, just like you.
We decided to start flipping houses in June of 2015 and haven’t looked back since. We enjoy what we do and get satisfaction from helping people sell their houses fast in McAllen and throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
